So, this is basically my big tuna salad; the difference is you keep the ingredients separate until eating:

  1. Mix in bowl/container, seal & chill:
  2. (Mix,) Place in separate, sealed container, and chill:
  3. Ok, now just chill
  4. Combine ingredients and enjoy with vinaigrette, or plain, with optional as above 
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Mini bell peppers 
  • Mini carrots
  • 4 ounces tuna
  • Optional – 1 TB olive oil mayo 
  • Optional – 1 TB pickle relish
