Healthy Choices

Just a lunch idea I like:

Putting sandwiches on rye crackers, as bread can be so heavy.

Of course, they may also be lower in carbs.

Pictured here: tuna with relish and olive oil mayo.

Substitute plain yogurt for mayo, if you want less cholesterol.

Served with steamed veggies and fruit.

    Capers and green onions are also nice in tuna.
