Workout Diary 2

Some friends of mine showed me exercises I can do at home or anywhere, that are preparing me for an upcoming fitness event:

They are called 10-1’s.   The idea is to do 10 reps of say, 4 exercises, each on a 3 or 1 count, and then do 9 reps, 8 reps, down to 1 rep.When you get to 1 rep, you then do ten reps gain, and you are done!  Literally 😉

Here are some of the exercises I am able to do at home without bugging the neighbors:

  • Push ups on a 1 count
  • Squats on a 1 count
  • Crunches on a 1 or 3 count
  • Flutter kicks on a 3 count

I would do these in this sequence, for example, 11 times.

You’ll feel energized and refreshed when you do these exercises, you don’t need to buy anything, and it only takes about 15 minutes!
